Hydraulic Blade Tension
Blade Tension is Hydraulically controlled to ensure straight, accurate cuts each and every time. A motion detector will shut the machine off should the blade break or stall in the work piece.

Hydraulic Shuttle Table

The shuttle table is provided for ease of material movement and positioning. The table will transfer material to and from the saw.

 

 

 

Hydraulically Actuated Carbide Guides

A combination of carbide and roller bearings provide straight cutting on all types of material. The zero clearance hydraulically actuated carbide guides hold the blade taut even when using maximum feed pressures.

Saw Frame Height Selector

To reduce cycle time, a height selector is provided to set the desired saw frame return height. A scale on the height selector makes setup fast and easy.

 

Powered Movable Guide Arm

The powered movable guide is driven by an electric motor and then locked hydraulically. A cut line light show the exact location of the cut on the material (Models PB40, PB52 & PB63 Only)

Control Panel

The free standing control panel which houses both the electrical and hydraulic controls are conveniently located for ease of operation. (Models PB31, PB40, PB52 & PB63 only)
